Personal Lines Representative

This role is built for someone who wants to write business, build relationships, and create a book they can be proud of. You will work warm online leads, nurture referral partners, and build your own pipeline through consistent outreach and follow-up.

What You’ll Do
  • Quote and write new home and auto opportunities with speed, accuracy, and professionalism.
  • Guide clients through coverage options using a consultative process focused on fit, not quick transactions.
  • Review policies, spot coverage gaps, and recommend thoughtful protection strategies.
  • Nurture referral partners and build relationships with mortgage lenders, real estate professionals, accountants, and other centers of influence.
  • Build and manage your own pipeline through disciplined follow-up, local outreach, and strong communication.
