Dental Office Insurance in Central Florida

Protect the business behind your patient care. Review your property, equipment, employees, and cyber exposures with a local, independent insurance team.

Local, independent guidance from Premier Group Insurance of Central Florida.

Your practice is more than an office.

Dental chairs, imaging systems, sterilization equipment, and a carefully built-out space are essential to your daily schedule. Your insurance review should account for what it would take to repair, replace, and reopen.

Premier Group Insurance helps dental practice owners in Orange and Lake County compare business coverage and understand the details. Whether you are approaching renewal, opening an office, or buying a practice, we start with how your business actually operates.

Dental office insurance questions

I already have malpractice insurance. What else should I review?

Review property, general liability, business income, workers’ compensation, and cyber coverage alongside it. Malpractice addresses professional treatment liability; it does not replace the policies that protect the business side of your practice.

Can you review a leased dental office?

Yes. We can review insurance requirements in your lease, including liability limits, your equipment and contents, and improvements you paid for. Your landlord’s building policy may not cover those items.

Does business income insurance cover every office closure?

No. Standard property-based business income coverage generally requires a covered physical loss. Utility outages, cyber incidents, equipment breakdown, and other interruptions may need different coverage or endorsements. We review the triggers, waiting periods, and limits.

Does my dental office need workers’ compensation?

Florida generally requires non-construction employers with four or more employees to carry workers’ compensation. Part-time employees and non-exempt corporate officers or LLC members can count. We can review your ownership and staffing before quoting. See Florida’s coverage requirements.

Can you help with a new office or a practice acquisition?

We can review options for new and changing practices, subject to underwriting. Tell us your planned opening or closing date, services, location, equipment values, and payroll so we can identify the information carriers need.

What should I have ready for a quote?

Start with your practice name, location, contact information, renewal or opening date, and the coverages you want reviewed. Current policies, equipment values, payroll estimates, and prior claims information help us prepare a more complete comparison. Patient records are not needed.
